CARLOS BERENGUER TORRALBAS

Carlos Berenguer Torralbas. He was born in the city of Santiago de Cuba on April 10, 1945. He began his first studies at the Jesuit school Colegio de Dolores and at the Instituto de Segunda Enseñanza. Later he graduated as a Mechanical Engineer at the Universidad de Oriente in Santiago de Cuba where he was a professor and researcher. He completed various postgraduate studies at the University of Havana. He was certified in Real Estate in the State of Florida and Professional Sales with the I.T.T. in Miami. He completed higher studies in Business Administration and Professional Consultant at the University of Miami. He has given seminars on Forex and Excel applied to finance. During his professional career, he represented Cuba and the United States in more than 30 countries, on various topics such as planning, forecasting and development. He lectured at United Nations institutions such as UNDTAC and FAO. He was a member of the Intergovernmental France-Cuba and permanent representative for CAME (COMECON) in Moscow. He collaborated with the Norwegian Agency for Aid to Developing Countries NORAD in Oslo, in various Port Development projects. When he applied for asylum at the Embassy of Peru in the City of Havana, he held the position of Head of the Department of Technological Research of the Center for Port Development, of the Ministry of the Merchant Navy and Ports of Cuba and just returned from Venice, Italy, where he had represented Cuba at the XV Congress of the International Cold Institute, at that time he was a permanent member of Commission D-3 based in Paris. He is the author of the books: Forex Elemental, Dictionary for Forex English-Spanish, Millionaire in 7 lessons, Millionaire in 7 lesson and Suigéneris Youth.
